stating that the area is at the disposal of
the Lessee.
(c). Areas surrendered in exchange to be grated
areas equal in extent free of cost.
(d). Crown Rent at the rate of $150.00 per nore
to be paid for additional area granted. Crom Rent for areas granted in exchange to be
equal in amount to that paid for area 30 87-
-changed, subject to re-adjustment so as to make the sum a round one, where possible.
(a). Payment varying from 2 to a cents per cubic
foot according to relative value to be granted
for any structures on an existing area which
may have to be pulled down to comply with
requiraments. Such payment to be permitted to
form a portion of the consideration to be paid
for any additional area granted.
(f). A sum of not less than $35.00 per foot lineal
of frontage to be spent on buildings within
24 months of the date mentioned in (b).
(g). The Lessees to be granted new Leases for the
readjusted or extended lots as under:-
(i). Lots re-adjustod at the
